Q. When was the Company first listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange?

A. The Company was listed on the Mothers Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange in May 2004, on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange in December 2013, and on Prime Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange in April 2022.


Q. Which financial institution is your shareholder registry administrator?

Q. How can I receive dividends?

A. There are three ways to receive dividends.
1. Direct deposit to a financial institution indicated by the shareholder
2. Receive in your brokerage account
3. Receive the dividend in cash by cashing a dividend cheque mailed to you by the Company at the post office or at the counter of a post office bank.

Q. When is the date of record for dividend payments to shareholders?

A. Year-end dividends are paid to shareholders of record as of the last day of February, and interim dividends are paid to shareholders of record as of the last day of August. In order to be listed as a shareholder of record and receive dividends, you must execute your share purchase transaction by the cum dividend date, which is two business days before the last business day of February and August.


Q. How can I exercise my voting rights via the Internet?

A. To exercise your voting rights from your smartphone or computer, access the e-voting website and follow the instructions on the screen. For details, please refer to the "Notice of Convocation of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders: Guide to Exercising Your Voting Rights via the Internet" (page 7)(Japanese only).


Q. When must I become a shareholder in order to receive voting rights at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders?

A. Shareholders eligible to receive voting rights are shareholders of record as of the last day of February. To be listed as a shareholder of record as of the last day of February, shareholders must execute their share purchase transaction by the last cum voting rights date, which is two business days before the last business day of February.

*In order to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus, the date of record for the 23rd Annual General Meeting of Shareholders is set at April 30, 2020.
