Japan’s first investment program for startup companies making a contribution to work-style reform

Work-style reform has become a key issue in the human resource (HR) domain. As DIP operates our main businesses in this sector, we have been advocating for, and working toward, improvements in productivity as well as the introduction of AI tools. In order to increase the effect of these work-style reforms and to create a society capable of surviving with a smaller population in the future, we launched HR Hack Fund, to invest not only in companies with AI and HR technologies, but also in a wide variety of start-up companies that seek to improve working styles and business efficiency.
