October, 1996 Accredited by the Law on the Promotion of Creative Business Activities of Small and Medium Enterprises as an individual.
March, 1997 Founded DIP Corporation in Nagoya with a paid-in-capital of 29 million yen.
January, 1998 Entered into an agreement with IBM Japan to provide contents for a network of terminal kiosks in 1,000 convenience stores in the Tokyo metropolitan area. Began a free catalog service on this network.
May, 1998 Started the 'Temporary dispatch job information service' utilizing the same convenience store terminal network.
  The head office was relocated to Jingumae in Shibuya Ward.
January, 1999 Sales of approximately 100 million yen were booked with the participation of 116 companies including Toyota Motor and Honda Research Institute Industries.
February, 1999 Received a commendation for the Best Contents of the Year from IBM Japan.
March, 1999 Relocated the head office to Hatsudai in Shibuya Ward.
August, 1999 Certified to receive the New Business Foundation Subsidy sponsored by Organization for Small and Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation, Japan.
December, 1999 Increased capital to 40 million yen.
February, 2000 Recognized as the First Marunouchi Frontier Member Company.
March, 2000 Increased capital to 230 million yen.
May, 2000 Relocated the head office to Yuraku-cho in Chiyoda Ward.
June, 2000 Increased capital to 250 million yen.
October, 2000 The portal site 'Hatarako Net' started as the first employment agency in the employment advertisement industry.
December, 2000 'Hatarako Net' started distribution via 7,600 terminal kiosks(" Loppy ") in Lawson stores nationwide and via cell phones.
February, 2001 Started providing part-time and contract job information in addition to the information provided for temps.
June, 2001 Started Japan's first telephone employment service, 'Hatarako Net'.
September, 2001 Applied for patent for the employment advertisement system.
  Opened the Osaka Branch.
October, 2001 'Hatarako Net' was given an extensive update to commemorate its first-year anniversary.
November, 2001 Formed a business alliance with Yahoo, Inc., and started providing part-time and contract job information on 'Yahoo! Job Information.'
January, 2002 Formed a business alliance with Yahoo, Inc., and started providing temp job information on 'Yahoo! Job Information."
February, 2002 Increased the capital to 295 million yen.
June, 2002 Started a new service of BtoB "Jinji Net" for matching the staffing demands of companies and employment agencies. (site is closed in Feb. 2006)
August, 2002 Started providing part-time and contract job information on 'Hatarako Net' as 'Baitoru Com.'
October, 2002 Baitoru Com' became independent from 'Hatarako Net' and started providing part time job information as a separate site.
March, 2003 Relocated the head office to Roppongi in Minato Ward.
May, 2003 Formed a business alliance with Nifty, Inc. , and started providing part-time and contract job information on the 'Job@nifty Part-time Job Search Engine.'
June, 2003 Held the "DIP Brand Strategy Exhibition" using, Ryoko Hirosue as the promotional character.
August, 2003 Opened the Nagoya Branch.
September, 2003 Formed a business alliance with Excite, Inc., and started providing dispatch job information to 'Excite Excitement Dispatch Job Information.'
  Increased the capital to 297.7 million yen.
  Opened the official i-mode site, 'BAITORU-COM'.
October, 2003 Opened the official i-mode site, 'Hatarako Net'.
March, 2004 Opened the official Vodafone live! and EZweb sites, 'Baitoru Com'.
April, 2004 Opened the official Vodafone live! and EZweb sites 'Hatarako Net'.
  Started the toll-free service.
  Published the first issue of the free paper, 'BAITORU'.
May, 2004 Listed on the Mothers Market on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
